In the middle of hip-hop drama, 50 Cent has never shied away from stirring the pot, and his latest bombshell accusation is arguably his most explosive yet. The rap mogul has pointed a finger at none other than Bad Boy boss, Diddy, suggesting that he played a sinister role in the tragic demise of 2Pac.
Taking to Instagram on a fateful Monday (October 9), the G-Unit powerhouse dropped a bombshell, insinuating that the legendary rapper’s untimely end was orchestrated by none other than Puff Daddy. In his post, 50 Cent advised Diddy to “lawyer up” in the face of these weighty allegations.
“Damn, so Pac got lined by Brother Love,” he quipped, invoking Diddy’s R&B persona. “LOL Time to Lawyer up, shit might get sticky.”
Alongside this jaw-dropping revelation, 50 shared a poignant image of 2Pac and Suge Knight, captured in the now infamous black BMW sedan on the tragic night of September 7, 1996.
As history reminds us, ‘Pac was tragically shot multiple times, succumbing to his injuries less than a week later. Suge Knight, though gravely injured, managed to survive the attack. The events of that night have left an indelible mark on the world of music.
While the motivation behind 50 Cent’s post remains shrouded in mystery, it’s worth noting that speculations linking Diddy to 2Pac’s murder have circulated for years. It’s essential to underline, however, that Diddy has never faced legal repercussions for these allegations, consistently and staunchly denying any involvement in the tragedy.
Fueling the speculation, a significant part of it hinges on revelations made by Duane “Keefe D” Davis during a 2008 police confession. Davis, who faced charges related to ‘Pac’s long-unsolved murder just last month, shed light on a chilling conversation he had with Diddy. According to Davis, a million-dollar deal was allegedly discussed to eliminate both 2Pac and Suge Knight, who were locked in a bitter feud with Diddy’s Bad Boy Records at the time.
In his account, Davis recalled a meeting at Los Angeles’ Greenblatt’s Deli, where Diddy purportedly expressed a desire to “get ride of them dudes.”Tragically, the South Side Compton Crips claimed they never received the promised half-a-million-dollar payment after ‘Pac’s tragic passing.
This revelation only adds more layers to an already intricate tale, leaving us all questioning the true depths of the rap industry’s historic conflicts.
