Boosie Badazz has never been one to hold back on his opinions, and his latest take on Kodak Black’s collaboration with 6ix9ine is no exception. The outspoken rapper took to Instagram Live on Thursday to share his thoughts on the matter, and needless to say, he put Kodak on full blast.
That na Yak f**ked me up,” Boosie said. “I wonder how all them Zoes feel, dawg. I know them Zoes fucked up right now. I know the state of Florida fucked up right now. This na ain’t got no morals, don’t got no principles. Damn, I thought that little na was like that. Na ain’t no street na at all. Damn.”“I blame the streets, bro. Streets still fuck with that na? Come on, man. I thought that na stood up for the streets, man. … I wish I could take that na ass off ‘Rocketman’ now, shit,” Boosie said, referencing his April track featuring Yak and Jeezy. “No loyalty to no principles over money, man. Money can make you do anything, bro. The biggest rat in the world.”
Boosie doesn’t shy away from expressing his disdain for those who resort to snitching, and his disapproval of 6ix9ine is nothing new. Back in 2019, he was quick to denounce the Brooklyn native, predicting that he would face dire consequences for ratting out his associates in his federal case. And it doesn’t stop there; more recently, Boosie also took aim at Gunna, accusing him of snitching in the YSL RICO case, and he even stated that he wouldn’t work with the Atlanta rapper for a staggering sum of $1 billion.
In retrospect, it’s no surprise that Boosie is deeply disappointed with Kodak Black’s choice to collaborate with 6ix9ine. He had even featured the Florida rapper on his track “Rocketman” back in April, only to now wish he could remove Kodak’s contribution due to the lack of principles displayed.
Boosie’s unwavering stance against snitching and his commitment to the streets has solidified his place as a true street legend. He might have varying opinions on different rappers, but one thing is for sure Boosie Badazz is a force to be reckoned with, and he will always stand up for what he believes in, no matter the consequences.
